An immersive culinary experience focusing on traditional Indonesian gastronomy, featuring a morning market visit to select fresh ingredients, followed by hands-on cooking of Javanese/Balinese dishes authentic dining experience.

Led by professional chefs, the class introduces traditional techniques and ingredients used for centuries. Participants can start the day with a trip to a local market to explore, pick fresh produce, and experience local life. Guests can often select from a wide range of dishes, including traditional chicken satay, fried rice, and authentic salad dishes.

BROMO SUNRISE TOUR

• Pick up at Meeting point in Malang City

• Travel to Tumpang Bromo (entrance gate of Malang national park)

• Arrive at rest area, transit by 4x4WD Jeep,

• Travel to sunrise viewpoint on Mt. Penanjakan area

• Hunting photo and enjoy sunrise panorama

• Back to Jeep, drive to the sand sea area of Mt. Bromo

• Exploration on foot / horse riding (optional) to the crater of Mt. Bromo

• Photo stop at Whispering Sand and Watangan Valley (Teletubies Hill)

• Travel to rest area, transit with pick-up vehicle

• Travel back to the pick-up point / drop point in Malang / Surabaya city
